Located in Santiago’s main bohemian and cultural district, Luciano K is a boutique hotel with 38 rooms, blending vintage charm with Art Deco design.

The hotel features a lobby, bar, sauna, and restaurant on the ground floor. Its 300-square-meter rooftop offers a bar, heated pool, and spectacular views of Parque Forestal and Alameda.

The building is a historical gem in the heart of the Lastarria gastronomic and cultural neighborhood, originally developed by architect Luciano Kulczewski in the 1920s. At the time of its construction, it was the tallest building in Chile and the first to feature an elevator and central heating.
