Río Serrano Hotel + Spa is a regional and family-run business founded by Jaime Arancibia Tagle. As a professional builder, he envisioned a tourism project in a remote part of Torres del Paine National Park. The hotel began operations in 2002 as a 20-room inn and has since evolved into a 108-room hotel, now considered the premier tourism complex with the best infrastructure in Torres del Paine.

Our pool area spans 270 m² and includes a lounge with sofas, chairs, loungers, and a balcony offering breathtaking views of the Paine Massif. Immerse your body and mind in pure sensations with water sourced from ancient glaciers via the Serrano River, directly feeding our heated pool. The pool measures 21 meters in length, 5 meters in width, and 1.3 meters in depth. Designed for both leisurely swims and relaxation, it features cascading waterfalls and hydromassage jets.
